Problem:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player '-aD0-' (for 0 minutes)"

You have downloaded pbsetup.exe and run it and made all updates, but problem remains ...

OK - this helps !!!

1. goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3
2. start: "pbsvc.exe"   ... and let it do all updates ...

... then it should work again ...  if not - please try this:

1. Delete "/PB" - folder in BF3 folder 
2. Delete "pbsvc.exe" in BF3 folder 
3. Download new pbsetup.exe, install there the BF3 and update till no updates available

... if not - please try this:

1. start "pbsvc.exe" in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer\punkbuster\redist and then do a reinstall of Punkbuster
2. start again pbsetup.exe and do all updates.
