1. Download MP3 Skype Recorder from chip.de - direct download - link here
2. Install MP3 Skype Recorder by clicking on downloaded MSI file
3. Start Skype - Recording will be started automatically
4. Chck recorded file in C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\MP3SkypeRecorder\MP3
5. Check settings on program-window like autostart and start minimized. If not there - click on icon in systray
