sinw_battery_service adware on Android Lemfo LEM3

Is "sinw_battery_service" a preinstalled adware on Lemfo LEM3 (Android 5.1)?

I've tried to remove with Lookout Security ....












... but it was somehow unsuccessful ...



now I will ask the manufacturer ...
