Share your Wifi (also VPN) by "Virtual Router" Freeware (alternative to pay expensive licence to Connectivity:  http://www.connectify.me/)

Unfortunately this freeware has a lot of issues: first you have to check your hardware for compatibility and mostlikely you have to install the software on a different drive than your Windows. So if you install Windows on C:\ then I suggest to install the "Virtual Router" on drive D:\. No idea why, but it works. Tipps, um zusätzliche Google / Gmail Accounts einzurichten und E-Mails automatisch abholen zu lassen

Ab und zu passiert es jedem Mal, dass er zusätzliche E-Mail Adressen braucht, aber der Aufwand soll sich ja in Grenzen halten. Deshalb hier die wichtigsten Tipps:

• Anbieter ohne Verifikation durch andere E-Mail Adressen oder Telefonnummern:
• Bisher ist mir nur Google / GMAIL bekannt. Adresse: mail.google.com und dann unten auf "Konto erstellen" klicken
• Dies sollte am besten unter einer Deutschen oder Schweizer IP Adresse gemacht werden, sonst droht eine zwingende Abfrage von Google nach einer alternativen E-Mail Adresse oder Telefon-Nummer
• Wenn das G-Mail Account erstellt ist, dann dort in den Einstellungen https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps den Zugriff für weniger sichere Apps aktivieren
• Ebenfalls den POP3 Abruf aktivieren: 
• Einstellungen / Weiterleitung und POP/IMAP / POP für alle Nachrichten aktivieren
• Danach unter einem bereits existierenden E-Mail Account ausserhalb von Google (z.B. GMX) einen Abholdienst dafür einrichten. 
• Falls GMX als Abholdienst verwendet wird geht das unter
• "E-Mail" / "E-Mail-Postfach hinzufügen" / "Neuen POP3-Sammeldienst einrichten" (falls keine Angaben bzw. ein leeres Bild angezeigt werden, am besten Rechtsklick und 'Link in neuem Tab öffnen' wählen (der bleibt auch leer ...), dann aber zurück auf den alten Tab gehen und dort nochmals normal auf "Neuen POP3-Sammeldienst einrichten" klicken, dann sollte es klappen. Als POP3-Server-Adresse für Google ist "pop.gmail.com" zu verwenden)

How to install a Google Play App, if you have wrong country code

To change the country code in Google Play can be a real hassle because it's not clear how it works and even when you live in the 'right' country for a while, Google sticks to your old country, as long as you don't qualify for the new country (probably with a payment method from the new country).

Therefore open a browser window in incognito mode (like in Chrome) and goto Google Play. There search for the app and click on install. Then you will be asked to log in and you can do this and the app won't disappear !!! ;-)

How to convert from MP4 to DVD and burn it in one tool for free !!!

Use DVD Flick to prepare Video_TS and Audio_TS files and even to burn on CD / DVD.

Procedure:

1. Drag / drop MP4 files to Dashboard
2. Make sure you check 'Burn project to disc' in the project settings
   
   
3. Insert empty DVD in tray
4. Press "prepare DVD" (or similar ....)
5. wait until finished ;-))

Google Takeout unzip files: Cannot unzip file. File path too long (German: Fehler 0x80010135: Pfad zu lang.)

Error - if you experience "Google Takeout unzip files: Cannot unzip file. File path too long" what to do?

1. Unzip to C:\  (Root ... instead of download directory because download directory in win 7/8 means C:\Users\xxxxx\Downloads)
2. Rename downloaded Google ZIP-File to a shorter Name before extracting !! (For some strange reason Google uses extrem long ZIP-Names like (first.surname@gmail.com-20140801T160601Z-takeout-2
3. Use 7-ZIP to unpack instead of other tools.
4. If still not working - rename your Google Drive Paths to shorter names before downloading and then try again ...)
